UGH. My frustration!

Just now, I get @replied by Brookline Drive. Because I tweeted about the Brookline Drive and Stereo Skyline gigs. AND UUUUUUGGGGHHH! They ask if I'm coming and it's so sick because I'm not. Because I can't. I feel this all the time. I would so love to watch my favorite artists live.

HA-HA-HA. I can't smile.

I have a crush on this alien.

HAHAHA! This is Jordan. Eckes. He's an alien. He's from a super cool band called We Are The In Crowd. I'll post a song later. I just wanted to say I have a crush on this super tall and lanky boy who rocks like no other. HAHA.
He's so skinnnny.

I don't want to imagine how many times I repeated "I Remember..." in this post.

I sure hope somebody out there is reading my crappy little blog.

Because I feel very much like Julie (from Julia and Julie) right now. HAHA. Anywhoo.

OH! OH! OH! I just remembered my dream a while ago. I dreamed (is there no such word as dreamt?!) that Colin Egglesfield was one of my teachers! But the setting was high school and not college. If you didn't know Colin Egglesfield is a very HANDSOME and GORGEOUS actor. Yes, I needed to emphasize those. HAHA. I knew him through the movie "Something Borrowed" (which you should check out because I definitely loved it.)

Anyway, it didn't look so good in my dream. I was in trouble because I forgot to return his guitar that I borrowed. I left it in some room. Colin was about to leave when he remembered about the guitar and he sent someone to fetch it for him, so that someone came looking for me. HAHA. And nervously, I went looking for it (I didn't even know where it was exactly). I dragged a classmate to come with me because I was afraid. On our way, we saw Colin standing by a tricycle (Can you believe it?! Colin looked like a Greek god beside that raggedly tricycle) so we took a detour, I didn't want him to see us.

So we got to that room and thankfully it wasn't locked and the guitar was there, comfortably perched on the wall. So we took it, along with some scrunched up paper cut-outs (I forgot why we took them). We decided we should just give it to Colin directly so I swallowed my fear and walked out onto the street. He was sitting inside the trike so I couldn't see him but somehow he knew I was there and he got out. He looked handsomely intimidating. And when I say this, I am not exaggerating. He looked quite pissed at me for making him wait long. And so I felt very very ashamed. But he looked oh so cute. HAHA. So I handed him the thing and stared after him. Apparently, he wasn't going to ride the tricycle at all. He got on the jeepney parked alongside the road. And to my surprise, my grandma came out of the school and got on the friggin jeepney with Colin Egglesfield! Can you believe it?! And so with great gusto I started shouting to my granny and we were like waving back and forth to each other and suddenly I wanted to ride that jeepney too! My grandma was not gonna get Colin to herself! Now I don't remember much about the next events but there wasn't much Colin. I think I made 'sabit' sa jeep, I don't know, but I remember constantly falling off the darned thing and trying to get on it again and in the end we just walked home. I remember feeling sad while walking (might be because of the Colin encounter) and I remember looking down to see myself wearing my sister's clothes. My sister is 5 years old! But yeah, I was wearing her favorite floral skirt and it, surprisingly, fit me just well. And so that dream ended with me back home.

Lousy dream. I don't want to tell you of my dream on the night BEFORE that. It was a Smile Kid dream and I do not want to remember it, EVER!

PS: Colin Egglesfield is such a (Please, I don't want to say hottie because I sound like a pervert. Don't even get me started on sexy) a...a..good looking man? HAHA. Anyway, it wasn't just his killer face and body. Okay, maybe his body but more his POSTURE. (What? Posture?!) Yeah, I'm weid that way. I notice his posture. Yes, the way he stands and the way he shoves his hands in his pockets. I love those little things. Oh geez, when you see him in a suit, BLAH, that's just killer meltdown for my heart.

Maybe some Colin spamming since I cannot stop raving about him.
Look at those shoulders.

Pumped Up Kicks-Foster The People

Yeah, yeah. You've probably seen this video and listened to this song on some music channel already or radio station (It has been the number 1 track on some radio countdowns). It's getting quite a buzz over the past weeks, I think.

May story to eh. Hmm. I remember this one night. I was traveling home from Uni, on the bus (with Sam :D) with my earphones stuck in my ear, listening to my favorite radio station (99.5 DWRT, if you were curious).

Well, this song started to play and along with that, a thought started to nag on my head. I had this very very strong gut feeling that I knew the song. In my heart I felt that I have heard that song before. But I had missed the part where the DJ tells the song title and artist (it was before the song played and I wasn't paying attention) so I was really feeling agitated in my seat. I was murmuring to myself and trying to sing along the chorus (not so difficult, the chorus is so simple and catchy) to see if I had any idea or memory at all of this song because I really really liked it.
Finally, when the song was about to end, I remembered a night the week before that. I was on M.E.N. (Musical Exploration Night) mode and I listened to a bunch of songs. And when I do M.E.N. that would really mean a big bunch as I can't seem to control myself when doing it. At one point in my activity, I saw this tweet from the candy mag official twitter account and I remembered how they would have this editor's picks and celebrity playlists and stuffs on their magazines and sometimes they put it up on the website. So I got on their page and typed in playlist in the search bar and WOOH, musical paradise. I remember discovering so much music from that alone. I made a whole playlist that night full of new music. HAHA. The editors have such good tastes!
Anyway, when I remembered that M.E.N. night, I flopped down in front of the computer and looked at my web history! HAHA. Yes, I did that. I searched for it there. And when I finally got the right video, HAHAHAHAHA! I was so stoked. It was a winning moment. Then it gets backs to me, the exact moment that I watched the video. I only listened half of the way because I wasn't interested anymore. Before it, I have gone through dozens of songs and my ears were sore. HAHA. I love this song so much. I would get hyped up at the sound of the intro. When it plays sa MYX and I'm here at home, I would dance the duck dance and just jump up and down and around like this was a party/disco song. I just realized how embarrassing that sounds.

As I can't find the official music video on the Youtube something feature of this blog, just follow this link:

These boys are pretty cute too, dontchathink? :P

Save Tonight (Eagle Eye Cherry cover)--Alex Goot and Chad Sugg

Do NOT listen to the original. HAHA.

Goot is the man, I tell you.
Head's up for Chad's UHmazing shirt.
Always the first track on my playlist, this song.
Keeping this short. Can't say any more.

Don't Let Me Go-The Click Five

On my way to the bus terminal every week, going to Laguna, I would occasionally hear this song and would want nothing more than to sing along. But I didn't know the song and lyrics. I often got very frustrated. HAHAHA. I love Kyle's voice. He is a gem.

His hair is glorious, is it not?
*The Click Five partnered with MTV EXIT to produce a music video to their track "Don't Let Me Go." With a message of hanging on this video aims to raise awareness about human trafficking and the role we can all play in breaking the chain.

LYRICS
I can see your shadow laying in the moonlight
I can feel your heartbeat playing on my right side
Every night I long for this, makin' up what I miss
I can hear you breathing letting out a sad sigh

You try so hard to hide your scars
Always on your guard

Chorus
Don't, don't let me go
Don't make me hold on when you're not
Don't, don't turn away
What can I say so you won't
No don't, don't let me go...
[ Lyrics from: http://www.lyricsmode.com/lyrics/t/the_click_five/dont_let_me_go.html ]
I can see the skyline fading in the distance
Tears are comin' down
I'm trying just to make sense
I don't listen to the radio just the engine and the road
I wonder if my words are makin' any difference

I dream and then it seems to end
But always comes again

Chorus

I'm comin' down
To where you're standing
I need you now or you'll be watchin'
Me hit the ground
With crash landing...

Chorus

Don't let me go...
Don't let me go...

Don't Close The Book-Honor Society

I post this because I miss the boys and their Honor Roll. HAHAHA.

This is when I first knew them: first time I saw them, first time I heard them sing, first song of them I heard.
A Jonas Brothers live chat when I was in third year high school. So this song is quite close to my heart. And when they opened up for The Jonas Brothers, they would sing this would them.

Here is the complete version

<--See this guy with the leather jacket. He is Alexander Noyes, former band member (drummer) of the Jonas Brothers' band. Former member of Team Hilario. HAHA. He went to high school with Kevin. Them all's from New Jersey, I think.

Damn Cute Smile-Brookline Drive

I used to pronounce the band's name as BrookLYN instead of BrookLINE. HAHA.

I know, I know, this song has a cuss word in it. I don't even know what it means actually and how it became a cuss andd...yeah..I don't know much about cursing.

But this song is just fun and awesoooome!
It amazes me how this one sounds almost exactly like the recording! I'm a sucker for these details.

Listen to the song!
Yeah, just skip their yapping at the beginning but if you're interested in the band, you should listen to the yapping :)) for they say their Facebooks and Twitters and stuffs, not that they'd be difficult to find on those said social networking sites.
Here! Enjooy!

It may get weirder from here.

I speak truthfully.
Half of me is still in my UK/indie bands obsession and they do weird music.
But now I have come to appreciate it and feel as if I am on a higher level of musical inclination/appreciation whatever.
I warn you, it may get weird and all topsy turvy but alas, please bear with everything and give it a try. :P
