Hey LEIRA!
This is my lousy blog which is utterly bare. I want to do this blog and make it the BOMBEST thing I have ever done but honestly, typing is not my most favorite activity. And besides, what do I know about these computer stuffs?
But I will do it for YOOOUU!
Pero please just forgive me. For my mind is a cluttered mess and I can just do random songs that pop into my head. This will not be any more organized and any more systematic as my backpack when we were in high school.
But I hope you really check things out, enjoy them (or not, whichever you prefer) and comment! I love you!

Read my old posts for the time being as I think of what song to write about (there's so many, I can't choose). But I'm warning you that those are quite old entries na talaga. HAHA.
Throw it away and I'll pick it up, make it beautiful and hang it on my wall. Pag nainggit ka, I'll stick my tongue out at you.

Here's to you SUPERMAN! :D
Right. This is a blog entry for my Brit baby, Joe Brooks! *applause, applause*
Joe Brooks (born 18 May 1987) is a British singer-songwriter, born and raised in Southampton, United Kingdom. He's an Indie artist and I'm totally in love with him :D He was signed to a record label before but now he's backed to being unsigned.
Just like how I know many artists, I added him on MySpace. Just saw him somewheres and added him without really listening to his music. HAHA. I think at that time I swore to myself that I'd listen and organize my friends list and just unfriend those artists that I don't have a particular liking to but I just never got around to doin' it. Yeah, then after some time I saw (on MySpace as well) his single release. That was the release of Superman, his most famous song. I saw this picture of him and was interested. I thought I'd really like to learn a song that's titled Superman.
Joe's really great. He's a great singer and an even greater songwriter. And he's Brit for goodness sakes. It literally adds to his over-all appeal. His accent is to die for. At first I didn't think he was good looking but he actually is. His songs are very meaningful and romantic. He's a passionate boy and he's got heart. And I don't know if his first name and initials are purely coincidental but I guess I'll just ignore that. I guess JB and Joe will have double meanings from now on.LOL
He recently did shows with the Ocean Grove Band and Sara Haze. That was seriously EPIC. If you didn't already
know, Sara Haze is a BEAUTIFUL(in every sense of the word) female artist who I am also addicted to (Mainly because of Joe too). And Ocean Grove Band is what we previously know as the Bulldozers and the Jonas Brothers' band! Consisting of John Taylor, Greg Garbowsky, Jack Lawless and Ryan Liestman. I'll talk about them in an
other entry, perhaps. And that is a serious advantage for Brookie, considering the band's fame (even if they're just starting under the new name). What's seriously MORE EPIC is Joe coming to the show! Yeah, I mean JOE JONAS.

Joe songs I love and some comments.
2. Apple. Because! HAHA. I know someone named Apple. And whatever, this song's really catchy and funny (for me). Listen to it HERE.
3. Five Days of Summer. This song is really romantic and sad. Just imagine, telling somebody you love her enough to let her break your heart again. And his voice is just so very sweeeet. That is so, I will love you forever. Listen to it HERE. This is a good lyric video by the way. HAHA.
4. Getting Away. Upbeat and fun! It makes you wanna grab somebody's hand and dance under the sunshine. And get away in some crazed fun trip with the singer. HAHA! Listen to it HERE.
5. Holes Inside. This I totally am in love with. I'm a super sucker for sad songs, you see. And this one is just sooo sad but equally relatable and you'll literally just cry listening to this. "When all that you've tried leaves nothing but holes inside." That line just throws me. Listen to it here.
6. These Broken Hands Of Mine. This was featured on Grey's Anatomy so it's pretty famous. IT'S AN AMAZING SONG. Probably sadder than Holes Inside so it just enthralls me. This just made me appreciate his songwriting skills more. :D I love you Brookie! Listen to this song HERE.

Sing me to sleep
The Big McL

YES. It is now time for Jon McLaughlin to shine :)
One thing I know for sure--I love him immensely.
HAHA. So, anyway.
I first knew him through the movie "Enchanted", starring Patrick Dempsey and Amy Adams.
If you've seen this movie, he sang a song there titled "So Close". Yes he's the one! He appears in the movie, singing the song during the ball. So he started singing and I, all but melted while listening. His voice is like UGH! So husky and sweet and everything glorious. Plus, he looked utterly cute and romantic! The old-school crooner style just got to me. (He's really good looking you know. But he's married. Shame.) So I waited for the credits giddily (like I always do when I like someone I see in a movie) and found his name.
So after that I started searching for his name on the internet. Jon McLaughlin from Indiana (P.S. He really loves that place.) I downloaded "So Close" but that was just about it, as I remember. I listened to one or two songs of him and didn't like them soo much perhaps (I was young and my taste then was poor). I listened to more songs and some I DID like but didn't have that much impact for me to actually love. But I was crazy about So Close and really loved listening to it. (HEY! You can watch his live performance of So Close at the Oscar's HERE where the song was nominated.)
How I really came to like him. Well flashback, Demi Lovato's 2nd album "Here We Go Again" just came out and I was reading articles about it. And I read somewhere about the collaborations. John Mayer. Of course. I just rolled my eyes to that one because it was pretty obvious, considering their exchange of tweets. Next one, Jon McLaughlin. Hey, I know this guy! I adore this persooon.
So then I listened to their collab song "Falling Over Me" and really loved it! It is now one of my favorites from the record, I really love singing to it AND Jon sings in the background! EEP! I hear and recognize his voice and all.
Anyway, I just recently found out that their working together is probably because of producer John Fields (who've worked with the likes of the Jonas Brothers and Rooney so it's kinda not surprising she works with Demi too). And I know Demi loves Jon too. I'v heard his name from her a couple of times.
It's just so cool to know when an artist you love works with another artist you love! And amazing that you and your favorite artist share the same adoration for another really good artist. You get what I say?? HAHA. Anyway, it feels riotous.
And then the rest was history for me and Jon. That time, I was really a lot more musically inclined than when I first took a listen to him. I've had a lot of listening experience to know then that Jon is a treasure! His songs constantly inspire me and make me smile. Music industry-wise, Jon's pretty ahead and healthy. He's worked with several big names, writing and producing songs and stuff and touring with great artists so I really respect him.
He has two albums (Indiana, OK Now), one EP (Industry) and three independent albums (Up Until Now, Jon McLaughlin, Songs I wrote and Later Recorded).
I can't enumerate all his songs but let me name some of my favorites: Beautiful Disaster, Human, For You From Me, Four Years, We All Need Saving, What I Want, Love, Smack Into You. If you want to listen to any of these, just click on the song title. :))
So there you have it. Jon McLaughlin. I hope you love him as much as I do. Don't let his hair hinder you from liking him (He likes to experiment ;D) If you're interested in him, you can visit his pages below.

So long!
Beautiful

Your eyes are dry, your lips tight,
but I know what your face hides.
I know you want to cry out
and give a fight.
But all hurt is kept inside.
I t seems hiding is better than explaining,
Apologizing is easier than confronting.
You're a fool.
Don't let anyone look down on you.
You're an angel.
Spread your wings and fly, soar to the heavens.
Where no one can hate you, no one can trample on you.
Please listen to my song for this situation! Click on the "Beautiful Disaster" picture to listen to Beautiful Disaster by one of my favorite artists, Jon McLaughlin. :D

A Warning.
Try to make sense of what doesn't make sense.
Thinking is hateful. Thinking deep is suicide.
Can we just get on with it? Cause I'm not making any sense. But that's the thing I'm good at and I can't help myself. Don't ask me to do things I can't (like make sense). Don't ask me how or why. Don't ask me again.
I hate imagining and dreaming of what might happen. So I'll just do it. Lift the barriers and take the leap. Not to fall head straight on the hard ground, not even to somersault, skyrocket and learn to fly.
I long for you and I can't extinguish the feelings. So I'll just run smack into you. I need to get enough of you and maybe get tired of you. What I need is to get you out of my system and I fear that this is the only way. I just hope that it would go as I'm planning.
Because if anything goes wrong, I'm in for a major whiplash.

Reliant on Relient K.
Oh, boy. Do I have to justify why I super love Relient K? Never mind.
Matthew Thiessen is the greatest. I so love the tunes. I love the meaningful words. The way that I have to think hard and dig deep. Haha. Matt's voice. Everything just lures me.
Do you know what else? Their love for Jesus that shows through their music. ♥ They make me fall in love with them.
Okay. Do you know what ELSE??! They've released an album and I totally dig it. It's called "Forget and Not Slow Down".
Some of my favorite tracks are "If You Want It", "Candlelight", "Terminals" (which is produced by Adam Young ♥), "Therapy", "Forget and Not Slow Down" and "I Don't Need A Soul". Whew!

there's..NEVERSHOUTNEVER!
This is Christofer Drew Ingle, one-man band from Missouri..He's better known as NeverShoutNever! Hum-hum..why do I like him? hard question..because he makes real great music without all those autotune stuffs and synth riffs..all he uses is his guitar or sometimes his ukelele :P maybe you'll like him when you hear him sing :)) He has an album-"What is Love?" and an EP(I think)-"Yipee EP". Mostly, I like his earlier works..Some of my faves are "Hummingbird", "Trouble", "Your Biggest Fan", "Losing It" and "Big City Dreams"..
